For our HR department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Purchasing & Demand Planner (m/f/x) 100% to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement of various materials according to the responsibilities within the Procurement team.
- Planning and monitoring of inventory to ensure top-notch service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous review and improvement of the procurement process, including master data in SAP MM, to ensure optimal planning.
- Support for the team and management in creating reports, statistics, and performance analyses, as well as participation in projects.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management and its application, with at least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in customs clearance is desirable.
- Very good knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in multidisciplinary projects.
- Global mindset, flexible, solution-oriented, and resilient.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and German (Spanish is a plus).
